
VINCENNES, Ind. (WTHI) — Investigators from the Indiana Department of Homeland Security are seeking public assistance in an arson investigation after a fire in Vincennes.
On Thursday evening, the Vincennes Fire Department and Vincennes Police Department responded to a fire in the 400 block of South Fifteenth Street. Officials found the fire was set deliberately when someone threw a firework from a car in front of the home.
Authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward. Anonymous tips can be reported by calling the Indiana Arson Hotline at 1-800-382-4628.
A reward of up to $5,000 is offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
