7:02 a.m.- Received a report of vandalism South of Loogootee. Chief Deputy Keller responded.

7:22 a.m.- Received a report of a car-deer accident East of Shoals. ISP responded.

9:19 a.m.- Received a 911 call reporting an accident with no injuries East of Shoals. Sergeant Hawkins responded.

10:00 a.m.- Chief Deputy Keller transported four inmates to court.

12:07 p.m.- Received an accidental 911 call.

1:00 p.m.- Received a report of a missing street sign North of Loogootee. INDOT responded.

1:42 p.m.- Received a call requesting a Vehicle Identification Number check South of Shoals. Sergeant Hawkins responded.

3:21 p.m.- Received a report of suspicious activity West of Loogootee. Advised caller that is Daviess County.

4:01 p.m.-  Received a report of CSX transmission lines down East of Shoals. Notified CSX.

6:42 p.m.- Received a 911 call from a Lawrence County address. Transferred the call to Lawrence County 911.

9:39 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance South of Shoals. Martin County Medic 1, Lost River Fire Department, Deputy Clark and Indiana Conservation Officer Fuhrman responded. No one was transported.

9:54 p.m.- Received a 911 call reporting trespassing North of Loogootee. Major Reed and Daviess County units responded.

10:33 p.m.- Received a report of possible harassment South of Shoals. Deputy Clark responded.

4:07 a.m.- Received a call reporting a possible trespasser South of Shoals. Major Reed responded.

7:22 a.m.- Received an animal complaint Northwest of Shoals. Captain Gibson responded.

8:01 a.m.- Received a call requesting an ambulance in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1 and Loogootee Fire Department responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Daviess Community Hospital.

10:03 a.m.- Chief Deputy Keller transported two inmates to court.

10:24 a.m.- Jail Commander Gregory transported two inmates to court.

11:50 a.m.- Chief Deputy Keller transported one inmate to court.

12:49 p.m.- Received a call advising Loogootee Community Schools will be conducting fire drills today.

8:40 a.m.- Received a call requesting assistance in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1, Chief Deputy Keller, Captain Gibson, LPD Chief Wagoner and Indiana Conservation Officer Fuhrman responded. No one was transported.

9:36 a.m.- Received a call requesting an ambulance in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1 responded and transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.

9:49 a.m.- Received a report of a controlled burn South of Shoals.

11:41 a.m.- Received a call requesting a Vehicle Identification Number check in Loogootee. Captain Gibson responded.

7:49 a.m.- Received a report that the school zone lights were malfunctioning on US 50 near the Shoals Community Schools. INDOT was notified.

8:01 a.m.- Received a report of a controlled burn East of Shoals.

9:27 a.m.- Chief Deputy Keller transported one inmate to court.

9:38 a.m.- Received a 911 call reporting a power line down Northeast of Shoals. Captain Gibson and REMC responded.

11:12 a.m.- Received a call requesting to speak with a deputy. Captain Gibson responded.

12:32 p.m.- Received a 911 call on Crane Naval Base. Transferred the call to Crane 911.

1:21 p.m.- Corporal Erwin transported two inmates to court.

12:36 a.m.- Deputy Droke on station with Monte Graham, a 29-year-old male from Shoals, arrested for Intimidation. He is being held on $15,000 10% bond.

2:25 a.m.- Received a 911 call with no one on the line North of Loogootee. Deputy Droke responded.

2:43 a.m.- Received a report of a tree down Southwest of Shoals. Martin County Highway Department was notified.

4:45 a.m.- Received a call from Central Station advising of a commercial burglar alarm in Shoals. Deputy Droke responded.

5:29 a.m.- Received a report of a tree down South of Loogootee. Martin County Highway Department and Martin County Civil Defense responded.

5:40 a.m.- Received a 911 call reporting an accident with no injuries East of Shoals. Deputy Droke and Shoals Fire Department responded.

5:48 a.m.- Received a report of a possible traffic hazard South of Shoals. INDOT was notified.
