8:00 a.m.- ISP Master Trooper Lents on station with Kindal Turpin, a 21-year-old male from Mitchell, arrested for Driving while suspended-prior. He is being held on $10,000 10% bond.

9:29 a.m.- Received a call requesting a Vehicle Identification Number check in Loogootee. LPD Officer Stuckey responded.

12:23 p.m.- Received a call requesting a Vehicle Identification Number check Southeast of Loogootee. Sergeant Hawkins responded.

1:10 p.m.- Received a 911 call reporting an accident  with no injuries North of Loogootee. ISP Master Trooper Lents responded.

1:14 p.m.- Received an accidental 911 call.

3:41 p.m.- Deputy Clark on station with Sean Ganem, a 54-year-old male from Kentucky, arrested by LPD Officer Stuckey for Possession of methamphetamine and Possession of paraphernalia. He is being held on $15,000 10% bond.

5:39 p.m.- LPD Officer Stuckey on station with Rodney Durham, a 50-year-old male from Kentucky arrested for Driving while intoxicated-endangerment, Possession of methamphetamine and Possession of paraphernalia. He is being held on $15,000 10% bond.

6:28 p.m.- Received an animal complaint in Loogootee. LPD Officer Purcell responded.

6:28 p.m.- Received a call requesting to speak with an officer. LPD Officer Purcell responded.

10:47 p.m.- Received a 911 call reporting an abandoned vehicle in Loogootee. LPD Officer Purcell, Major Reed and Big Johnโ€™s Towing responded.

5:38 a.m.- Received a report of an injured deer East of Shoals. Major Reed responded.

5:50 p.m.- Received a 911 call reporting a car-deer accident  North of Loogootee. Major Reed responded.

6:40 a.m.- Received a 911 call reporting a reckless driver on US 231S traveling South. Notified Dubois County.

8:01 a.m.- Received a 911 call on Crane Naval Base. The call was transferred to Crane 911.

8:13 a.m.- Received a call from Astro Security reporting a commercial sprinkler alarm in Loogootee. Keyholder advised to disregard.

8:45 p.m.- Received a report of a deer in the roadway East of Loogootee. Reserve Deputy Gammon responded.

8:51 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1, Loogootee Fire Department and LPD Chief Cummings responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.

10:52 a.m.- Sergeant Hawkins transported one inmate to court.

11:37 a.m.- Received a 911 call reporting a reckless driver on US 231S traveling North. LPD Chief Cummings and LPD Officer Stuckey responded.

1:06 p.m.- Received a report of a road that has been damaged Northeast of Shoals. Captain Gibson responded.

12:55 p.m.- Sergeant Hawkins transported three inmates to court.

3:21 p.m.- LPD Chief Cummings on station with Donald Hawkins, a 54-year-old male from Loogootee arrested for Possession of paraphernalia. He is being held on $3,000 10% bond.

3:21 p.m.- LPD Officer Stuckey on station with Jessica Howard, a 36-year-old female from Loogootee arrested for Possession of paraphernalia. She is being held on $3,000 10% bond.

4:08 p.m.- Received a call from Shoals Community Schools advising they will be operating on a two-hour delay tomorrow.

6:36 p.m.- Marshal Copeland on station with Brian Conley, a 27-year-old male from Shoals arrested for Driving while suspended-prior, Operating a vehicle while intoxicated-prior and Possession of methamphetamine with an enhancement. He is being held on $30,000 10% bond.

8:16 p.m.- Received a report of an accident with no injuries Northeast of Shoals. Deputy Clark responded.

9:32 p.m.- Received a call requesting a welfare check Northeast of Shoals. Deputy Clark and ISP Trooper Wier responded.

1:40 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance Northeast of Shoals. Martin County Medic 1 and Indian Creek Fire Department responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.

1:51 a.m.- Received a call from Oโ€™Reilly Alarm Services advising of a commercial burglar alarm in Loogootee. LPD Officer Purcell responded.

10:44 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Shoals. Martin County Medic 1 and Shoals Fire Department responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.

11:44 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Shoals. Martin County Medic 2 and Shoals Fire Department responded. No one was transported.

2:53 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Shoals. Martin County Medic 1, Shoals Fire Department and Chief Deputy Keller responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Daviess Community Hospital.

2:57 p.m.- Received a call requesting a wrecker East of Shoals. Big Johnโ€™s Towing responded.

3:12 p.m.- Marshal Copeland on station with Tony Leatherman, a 35-year-old male from Mitchell, arrested by Captain Gibson for Theft, Railroad Mischief and Railroad trespass. He is being held on $15,000 10% bond.

4:12 p.m.- Received a call requesting an ambulance in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1 and Loogootee Fire Department responded. No one was transported.

4:57 p.m.- Received a report of slick roads North of Shoals. Martin County Highway Department was notified.

5:01 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1 responded and transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.

5:07 p.m.- Jail Officer Mooneyham on station with Christopher Huntspon, a 50-year-old male from Jasper arrested on a Martin County warrant. He is being held without bond.

5:54 p.m.- Received an accidental 911 call.

9:18 a.m.- Received a report of a commercial fire alarm in Loogootee. Keyholder advised to disregard.

12:48 p.m.- Corporal Erwin transported two inmates to court.

12:25 a.m.- Received a call from Oโ€™Reilly Alarm Services advising of a commercial burglar alarm at Oโ€™Reillyโ€™s in Loogootee. Deputy Droke responded.

3:22 a.m.- Received a 911 call Northeast of Shoals with no one on the line. Deputy Droke responded.

6:52 a.m.- Received a call from ADT advising of a residential burglar alarm in Loogootee. LPD Officer Stuckey and Deputy Droke responded.

7:46 a.m.- Received a report of an accident with no injuries in Loogootee. LPD Officer Stuckey responded.

8:25 a.m.- Received a report of a reckless driver on US 50 traveling East. Corporal Erwin responded.

6:10 p.m.- Received a call from Koorsen Fire and Security advising of a residential burglar alarm in Loogootee. Keyholder advised to disregard.

12:05 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1 and LPD Officer Stuckey responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.
