Monday, September 1st, 2025

1:05 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Shoals. Martin County Medic 1, Shoals Fire Department, Deputy Clark, and Reserve Deputy Dorsey responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to IU Heath Beford.

3:25 a.m.- Received a call reporting a telephone pole down South of Shoals. Frontier Communications responded.

9:04 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting ambulance in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1 and Loogootee Fire Department responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Jasper Memorial Hospital.

2:33 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1 responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Jasper Memorial Hospital.

4:05 p.m.- An individual is on station requesting a vehicle identification number check on a vehicle. Captain Gibson responded.

4:51 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance North of Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1, Martin County Medic 3, Loogootee Fire Department, Crane Fire Department, LPD Chief Wagoner, and Captain Gibson responded. Medic 1 did not transport.

5:18 p.m.- Received a call about a heavy smoke in the are South of Shoals. Lost River Fire Department and Captain Gibson responded.

5:44 p.m.- Received call requesting a welfare check in Loogootee. Sheriff Greene responded.

8:25p.m.- ISP Trooper Collins on station with Travis Allen, a 33-year-old-male from Loogootee He was arrest on driving while intoxicated and operating while intoxicated-endangerment. He is being held on $10,000 10% bond.

9:38 p.m.-Received a 911 call reporting a deer accident South of Shoals. Deputy Clark responded, Big John’s towing responded.

Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025

6:33 a.m.- Received a call reporting a deer in the middle of the Highway South of Loogootee. Deputy Clark responded.

7:31 a.m.- Received a call requesting to speak to the Chief Deputy. Chief Deputy Keller responded.

9:23 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Shoals. Martin County Medic 1 and Shoals Fire Department responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Jasper Memorial Hospital.

9:48 a.m.- Received an accidental 911 call.

10:35 a.m.- Received a call reporting a deer along the side of the highway East of Loogootee. INDOT responded.

11:03 a.m.- Received an accidental 911 call.

12:26 p.m.- Received an accidental 911 call.

1:12 p.m.- Received an accidental 911 call.

3:28 p.m.- Received a call requesting to speak to an officer. Indiana State Police responded.

4:18 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting to be transferred to Owen County 911. Transferred 911 call to Owen County Dispatch.

Wednesday, September 3rd, 2025

5:08 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1 and LPD Officer Stuckey responded. Medic 1 did not transport.

7:07 a.m.- An individual is on station requesting to speak to a deputy. Captain Gibson and LPD Chief Wagoner responded.

8:26 a.m.- Received a 911 call reporting a reckless driver South of Loogootee. Captain Gibson, Chief Deputy Keller, and LPD Chief Wagoner responded.

9:10 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting to be to be transferred to Dubois County 911. Transferred 911 call to Dubois County Dispatch.

11:37 a.m.- Received a call requesting to speak to the Sheriff. Sheriff Greene responded.

12:24 p.m.- Received a 911 call reporting an accident in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1, Loogootee Fire Department, Captain Gibson, and LPD Chief Wagoner responded. Medic 1 did not transport.

1:25 p.m.- Received a 911 call in Daviess County. Transferred 911 call to Daviess County Dispatch.

3:07 p.m.- Received an accident 911 call.

3:36 p.m.- Received a call requesting a vehicle identification number check South of Shoals. Deputy Branham responded.

3:39 p.m.- Received multiple 911 calls reporting an accident South of Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1, Loogootee Fire Department, Captain Gibson, Chief Deputy Keller, and Big Johns Towing responded. Medic 1 did not transport.

3:42 p.m.- Received a call requesting to speak to a deputy. Deputy Branham responded.

3:43 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting to be transferred to Daviess County 911. Transferred 911 call to Daviess County Dispatch.

4:40 p.m.- Received a 911 call reporting a breaking and entering in Loogootee. LPD Chief Wagoner and Captain Gibson responded.

5:20 p.m.- Deputy Branham is on station with Phillip Fellers, a 34-year-old male from Jasper. He was arrested on a Martin County warrant. He is being held on no bond.

6:31 p.m.- Received a call reporting dead deer on a persons property North of Loogootee. Advised caller to contact South Region Dispatch.

7:17 p.m.- Received a call reporting a dog alone in a car in Shoals. Deputy Branham responded.

9:15 p.m.- Received an accidental 911 call.

9:31 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance North of Shoals. Martin County Medic 1, Shoals Fire Department, and Deputy Branham responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Jasper Memorial Hospital.

10:41 p.m.- Received a 911 call in Daviess County. Transferred 911 call to Daviess County Dispatch.

Thursday, September 4th, 2025

8:28 a.m.- Received a call requesting a vehicle unlock in Shoals. Captain Gibson responded.

8:29 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1 and Loogootee Fire Department responded. Medic 1 did not transport.

8:43 a.m.- Received a call requesting the fire department at Crane Village. Loogootee Fire Department, Crane Fire Department, and Taylor Township Fire Department responded.

9:45 a.m.- Received a call reporting a controlled burn South of Shoals. Lost River Fire Chief Tim Parke Advised.

9:54 a.m.- Received multiple accidental 911 calls.

11:12 a.m.- Received a call reporting a reckless driver East of Loogootee. Corporal Erwin advised.

11:42 a.m.- Received a 911 call reporting a reckless driver South of Loogootee. LPD Chief Wagoner responded.

1:02 p.m. Received a call requesting an ambulance South of Shoals. Lost River Fire Department, Martin County Medic 1, and Corporal Erwin responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to IU Health Bedford.

1:10 p.m.- Received a call requesting a vehicle identification number check South of Shoals. Corporal Erwin responded.

1:21 p.m.- Received a call reporting a trespasser North of Loogootee. Captain Gibson responded.

1:24 p.m.- LPD Chief Wagoner is on station with Jay Cardwell, a 65-year-old male from Kokomo. He was arrested on a Carroll County warrant. He is being held at no bond.

1:52 p.m.- Received a call reporting a reckless driver South of Loogootee. LPD Chief Wagoner responded.

2:34 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance West of Shoals. Martin County Medic 2, and Corporal Erwin responded. Medic 2 transported one patient to Jasper Memorial Hospital.

3:34 p.m.- Received multiple 911 calls reporting an accident North of Loogootee. Daviess County EMS, Loogootee Fire Department, Corporal Erwin, Chief Deputy Keller, LPD Chief Wagoner, and Big Johns Towing responded. Daviess County EMS did not transport.

4:39 p.m.- Received a call requesting a welfare check in Crane Village. Deputy Branham responded.

6:13 p.m.- Received a call reporting a road rage incident East of Shoals. Deputy Branham responded.

10:36 a.m.- Received a 911 call on Crane Naval Base. Transferred 911 call to Crane Naval Regional Dispatch.

3:20 p.m.- Received a call requesting to speak to a deputy. Deputy Branham responded.

3:45 p.m.- Received a call reporting a reckless driver in Daviess County. Advised Daviess County Dispatch.
