12:11 pm- Asst. Chief Stuckey spoke with a complainant regarding a possible violation of a protective order.

2:55 pm- Chief Cummings arrested Mark Elliott, 55-year-old male from Shoals.  Elliott is charged with Level 1 Felony Child Molesting.
