8:23 a.m.- Received a 911 call reporting a reckless driver on US 231S traveling North near Loogootee. LPD Assistant Stuckey responded.

9:12 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance Northeast of Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1 and Loogootee Fire Department responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.

9:33 a.m.- Received a report of a controlled burn in Shoals.

10:28 a.m.- Received a 911 call reporting an accident with no injuries in Loogootee. LPD Assistant Chief Stuckey responded.

10:38 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Shoals. Martin County Medic 2, Shoals Fire Department and Captain Gibson responded. Medic 2 transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.

11:14 a.m.- Captain Gibson on station with James Garrison, a 54-year-old male from Shoals, arrested on a Martin County warrant. He is being held on a $10,000 10% bond.

12:43 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 2 and Loogootee Fire Department responded. Medic 2 transported one patient to Daviess Community Hospital.

2:23 p.m.- Received a report of a suspicious vehicle in Shoals. Captain Gibson responded.

3:27 p.m.- Received a call requesting an ambulance in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1 and Loogootee Fire Department responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.

5:01 p.m.- Received a 911 call reporting a tree down in Loogootee. Loogootee Fire Department responded.

9:45 a.m.- Received a 911 call from a Daviess County address. Transferred the call to Daviess County 911.

10:03 a.m.- Received a report of a possible theft South of Loogootee. Captain Gibson responded.

2:04 p.m.- Received an animal complaint North of Shoals. Captain Gibson responded.

3:25 p.m.- Marshal Copeland on station with David Salomon, a 52-year-old male from Washington, arrested for Driving while suspended-prior. He is being held on $10,000 10% bond.

3:50 p.m.- Received a call requesting a Vehicle Identification Number check in Shoals. Deputy Clark responded.

12:33 a.m.- Major Reed on station with Michael Hert, a 51-year-old male from Ferdinand, arrested for Possession of methamphetamine, Possession of marijuana, and Possession of paraphernalia. He is being held on $100,000 cash only bond.

8:52 a.m.- Received a 911 call reporting a reckless driver on US 231N going into Daviess County. Transferred the call to Daviess County 911.

12:57 p.m.- Received a report of an accident with no injuries Southeast of Shoals. Captain Gibson, Deputy Branham and Big John’s Towing responded.

1:14 p.m.- Received a call requesting a Vehicle Identification Number check South of Loogootee. Deputy Branham responded.

1:44 p.m.- Captain Gibson on station with Lisa Johnson, a 64-year-old female from Mitchell, arrested for Operating a vehicle while intoxicated and Operating a vehicle while intoxicated-endangerment. She is being held on $10,000 10% bond.

4:49 p.m.- Received a call requesting a welfare check South of Shoals. Deputy Branham responded.

5:24 p.m.- Received a report of possible vandalism Southeast of Loogootee. Deputy Clark responded.

5:54 p.m.- Received a report of a traffic hazard in Loogootee. Deputy Branham responded.

6:21 p.m.- Received a call requesting to speak with a deputy. Deputy Clark responded.

8:27 a.m.- Received multiple 911 calls reporting an accident in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1, Medic 2, Loogootee Fire Department, Corporal Erwin and Big John’s Towing responded. Medic 1 and Medic 2 each transported a patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.

9:51 a.m.- Corporal Erwin transported three inmates to court.

10:36 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance South of Shoals. Martin County Medic 1 and Lost River Fire Department responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.

10:46 a.m.- Received a call from WH International advising of a commercial burglar alarm East of Loogootee. Notified the keyholder and they advised to disregard.

11:14 a.m.- Jail Commander Gregory transported two inmates to court.

11:48 a.m.- Received a 911 call with no one on the line South of Loogootee. Corporal Erwin responded.

12:30 p.m.- Received a 911 call with no one on the line Northeast of Shoals. Deputy Branham responded.

8:34 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance East of Shoals. Martin County Medic 1 and Shoals Fire Department responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to IU Bedford.

9:36 a.m.- Received multiple 911 calls reporting an accident North of Loogootee. Martin County Medic 2, Loogootee Fire Department, ISP Troopers, Corporal Erwin, Fryer Towing and Salem Wrecker Service responded. No one was transported.

3:02 a.m.- Received an accidental 911 call.

5:08 a.m.- Received a report of a tree down Southeast of Shoals. Lost River Fire Department and REMC responded.

7:13 a.m.- Received a call requesting a deputy in Crane Village. Corporal Erwin responded.
