Today, despite the challenges in the Mid-States Corridor and in local government, is a historic election with voting sites all over Martin County open until 6 p.m. today as both Mail-In ballots and in-person ballots are to be finalized and voted in today before results come out tonight.

Voting sites can be located Loogootee in the following areas:
- Perry Township areas in Martin County – 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6, will vote at Saint John’s Center, 408 Church St., Loogootee, IN 47553.
- Perry Township 5 and Rutherford Township, you will vote at Saint Martin’s Church Hall, 524 Whitfield Road in Loogootee, IN 47553.
- Perry Township 7 and Crane, you will vote at the Bramble Conservation Center, 1024 Bramble Road, Loogootee, IN 47553.

In Martin the Presidential Election and Governor Election will remain the same with some differences in the Governors race and US Senate Race.
