Emergency crews, including police and fire personnel, responded promptly to the scene. One witness described the initial response, stating, “A blonde-haired male firefighter was the first to respond. I was nervous and shook up from seeing the crash.” Witness accounts indicate the incident happened shortly after 7:30 p.m.
