2:46 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Shoals. Martin County Medic 1 responded and transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.
4:56 p.m.- Received a call from Simplisafe advising of a residential burglar alarm South of Shoals. Keyholder advised to disregard.
7:13 p.m.- Received a 911 call reporting an accident in Shoals. Martin County Medic 1, Deputy Clark, Reserve Marshal Linch and Big John’s Towing responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Daviess Community Hospital.
7:19 p.m.- Received a 911 call reporting the same accident. Advised the caller units are enroute.
7:41 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Shoals. Martin County Medic 2 and Shoals Fire Department responded. Medic 2 transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.
8:30 p.m.- Received a report of a reckless driver on US 50 traveling West into Shoals. Sergeant Hawkins responded.
8:35 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Loogootee. Daviess County Medics responded and transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.
9:19 p.m.- Received an animal complaint North of Loogootee. Deputy Clark responded.

7:39 a.m.- Received a report of a possible traffic hazard Northeast of Shoals. Chief Deputy Keller and Shoals Fire Department responded.
12:51 p.m.- Captain Gibson transported one inmate to court.
1:32 p.m.- Received an accidental 911 call.
1:55 p.m.- Chief Deputy Keller and Sergeant Hawkins transported two inmates to court.
4:38 p.m.- Received a report of a water leak in Loogootee. Loogootee Utilities was notified.
5:57 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance North of Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1, Captain Gibson, LPD Officer Stuckey and LPD Officer Seals responded. No one was transported.

7:14 p.m.- Deputy Clark on station with Christopher Bearden, a 46-year-old male from Loogootee, arrested on a Martin County warrant. He is being held without bond.

10:34 a.m.- Received a report of an animal in the roadway Northeast of Shoals. Captain Gibson responded.
10:57 a.m.- Received an accidental 911 call.
11:54 a.m.- Received a call from Orange County requesting mutual aid for a residential structure fire in their county. Lost River Fire Department responded.
12:04 p.m.- Received a 911 call reporting a traffic hazard South of Loogootee. LPD Officer Stuckey responded.
1:29 p.m.- Received a report of a reckless driver on US 231N traveling North. Advised all on-duty units. ISP, Greene County and Daviess County were also notified.
1:20 p.m.- Corporal Erwin transported one inmate to court.
5:41 p.m.- Received a call requesting an officer in Loogootee. LPD Officer Stuckey responded.

8:54 a.m.- Received a 911 call with no one on the line in Loogootee. LPD Chief Cummings, Captain Gibson, Chief Deputy Keller and Indiana Conservation Officer Mann responded.
9:43 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1 and Loogootee Fire Department responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.
11:05 a.m.- Received a 911 call reporting a reckless driver on US 50 traveling East into Loogootee. LPD Chief Cummings responded.

6:46 p.m.- Received a 911 call advising of a verbal dispute North of Shoals. Deputy Branham and Indiana Conservation Officer Fuhrman responded.

12:42 p.m.- Received a report from INDOT advising new lights had been installed for the school zone on US 50 near Shoals Community Schools.
2:54 p.m.- Received a report that INDOT will have one lane closed on US 50 East of Shoals for guardrail repairs.
5:32 p.m.- Received a 911 call reporting a reckless driver Northeast of Shoals. Corporal Erwin and Deputy Branham responded.
5:53 p.m.- Received a 911 call reporting two injured deer Northeast of Shoals. Corporal Erwin responded.
6:20 p.m.- Received a 911 call from Crane Naval Base. The call was transferred to Crane 911.
8:30 p.m.- Received a call requesting a welfare check South of Shoals. Deputy Branham responded.
