11:08 a.m.- Received a report of a cow out East of Shoals. The owner was notified.

11:41 a.m.- Received an accidental 911 call.

1:41 p.m.- Received an accidental 911 call.

1:42 p.m.- Received a call requesting to speak with a deputy. Deputy Clark responded.

3:26 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1, Loogootee Fire Department and LPD Chief Cummings responded. No one was transported.

4:56 p.m.- Received a call requesting a Vehicle Identification Number check South of Loogootee. Deputy Clark responded.

5:25 p.m.- Jail Commander Gregory and Jail Officer N. Bradley on station with Jerald White, a 52-year-old male from Holland, arrested on a Martin County warrant. He is being held on a $5,000 10% bond.

5:52 p.m.- Received a request to speak with an officer in Shoals. Marshal Copeland responded.

5:57 p.m.- Received a call requesting a Vehicle Identification Number check North of Shoals. Deputy Clark responded.

6:09 p.m.- Sergeant Hawkins on station with Ashley Crandall, a 41-year-old female from Salem, arrested for Operating a vehicle while intoxicated-controlled substance and Possession of marijuana. She is being held on $10,000 10% bond.

7:22 p.m.- Received a call requesting a vehicle unlocked in Loogootee. Deputy Clark responded.

8:50 p.m.- Received a call requesting a deputy North of Loogootee. Sergeant Hawkins and Deputy Clark responded.

7:27 a.m.- Received multiple 911 calls reporting an accident on Crane Naval Base. Transferred the call to Crane 911.

9:07 a.m.- Received a 911 call reporting a gas leak in Loogootee. Loogootee Fire Department, Loogootee City Utilities, Centerpoint, LPD Chief Cummings, LPD Assistant Chief Stuckey, Sheriff Greene and Chief Deputy Keller responded.

10:49 a.m.- Captain Gibson transported two inmates to court.

11:23 a.m.- Received a report of possible fraud in Shoals. Sergeant Hawkins and Marshal Copeland responded.

12:56 p.m.- Captain Gibson transported two inmates to court.

2:12 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1 and Loogootee Fire Department responded. No one was transported.

2:55 p.m.- Sergeant Hawkins on station with Christina Lytton, a 51-year-old female from Loogootee, arrested on a Martin County warrant. She is being held on a $15,000 10% bond.

4:30 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting a welfare check in Crane Village. ISP Trooper responded. 

4:49 p.m.- Received a 911 call reporting an accident with no injuries North of Loogootee. LPD Chief Cummings, LPD Assistant Chief Stuckey, Chief Deputy Keller, Captain Gibson and Loogootee Fire Department responded.

5:32 p.m.- Jail Officer Mooneyham and Jail Officer W. Bradley on station with Elijoe Yoder, a 35-year-old male from Cannelburg, arrested on a Martin County warrant. He is being held without bond.

7:38 p.m.- Marshal Copeland on station with Amanda Bloom, a 42-year-old female from Shoals, arrested for Dealing in a schedule 1,2 or 3 controlled substance within 500 feet of a school, Fraud, Forgery and Theft. She is being held on $30,000 10% bond.

7:38 p.m.- Received a report of a controlled burn East of Shoals.

8:27 p.m.- Received a 911 call reporting a possible electrical fire in Crane Village. Loogootee Fire Department responded.

8:28 p.m.- Received a report of a reckless driver on US 50 traveling East. Deputy Clark responded.

4:01 a.m.- Received a call from the Monitoring Center advising of a residential burglar alarm Southeast of Shoals. Major Reed responded.

10:34 a.m.- Received a call requesting an officer in Loogootee. LPD Assistant Chief Stuckey responded.

11:38 a.m.- Received a call requesting traffic control in Shoals. Sheriff Greene and Captain Gibson responded.

12:23 p.m.- Received a report of a controlled burn East of Shoals.

12:46 p.m.- Received a call requesting an officer in Shoals. Marshal Copeland responded.

2:40 p.m.- Received a 911 call reporting a reckless driver on US 150 traveling toward French Lick. Advised Orange County.

3:23 p.m.- Captain Gibson on station with Charity LaMar, a 44-year-old female from Shoals, arrested on a Martin County warrant. She is being held without bond.

4:53 p.m.- Received a call requesting a Vehicle Identification Number check East of Loogootee. LPD Assistant Chief Stuckey responded.

7:10 p.m.- Received a call requesting a welfare check North of Loogootee. Deputy Clark responded.

8:52 p.m.- Marshal Copeland on station with Kyle Sherwood, a 35-year-old male from Winslow, arrested for Operating a vehicle while intoxicated controlled substance-prior, Reckless driving, Operating a vehicle while intoxicated-endangerment, and Possession of marijuana-prior. He is being held on $15,000 10% bond.

9:08 p.m.- Received a report of possible harassment in Shoals. Marshal Copeland responded.

10:52 p.m.- Received a call from Daviess County requesting assistance North of Loogootee. Major Reed and Deputy Clark responded.

1:19 a.m.- Received a call from Johnson Control advising of a commercial burglar alarm in Loogootee. Major Reed responded.

1:37 a.m.- Rec a 2nd call from Johnson Control advising that numerous alarms were going off. Advised caller a deputy was clearing the building.

8:55 a.m.- Captain Gibson transported one inmate to court.

8:55 a.m.- Jail Staff escorted one inmate to remote court.

9:46 a.m.- Received a call requesting a Vehicle Identification Number check in Shoals. Corporal Erwin responded.

9:49 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance South of Shoals. Martin County Medic 1 responded and transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.

10:15 a.m.- Jail Commander Gregory transported three inmates to court.

11:05 a.m.- Jail Commander Gregory on station with Christopher Isenhower, a 46-year-old male from Bloomfield, arrested by Chief Deputy Keller on a Martin County warrant. He is being held without bond.

7:26 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1 and Loogootee Fire Department responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.

10:02 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Shoals. Martin County Medic 1, Air Evac,  Shoals Fire Department and Corporal Erwin responded. Air Evac transported one patient to Deaconess Midtown in Evansville.

10:35 a.m.- Received an animal complaint South of Loogootee. Corporal Erwin responded.

11:55 a.m.- Received a report of an abandoned vehicle in Loogootee. Advised LPD.

1:24 p.m.- Received a report of a possible traffic hazard Southeast of Loogootee. Deputy Branham responded.

2:30 p.m.- Received an accidental 911 call.

4:04 p.m.- Received a report of an accident with no injuries Northeast of Loogootee. Martin County Civil Defense and Big John’s Towing responded.

4:24 p.m.- Corporal Erwin on station with Phillip Olberding, a 53-year-old male from Leopold, arrested for Possession of a controlled substance and Possession of marijuana. He is being held on $10,000 10% bond.

6:44 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1, Loogootee Fire Department and LPD Officer Purcell responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Daviess Community Hospital.

9:53 a.m.- Received a call requesting a Vehicle Identification Number check North of Loogootee. Sergeant Hawkins responded.

10:57 a.m.- Sergeant Hawkins on station with Vincent Romero, a 41-year-old male from Loogootee, arrested for Invasion of privacy. He is being held on $10,000 10% bond.

11:17 a.m.- Received a 911 call reporting a reckless driver on US 231S traveling South into Dubois County. Transferred the call to Dubois County 911.

4:37 p.m.- Received a call from WH International advising of a commercial burglar alarm North of Shoals. Keyholder advised to disregard.

5:07 p.m.- Received a report of a possible traffic hazard Northeast of Shoals. Deputy Clark responded.

6:34 p.m.- Received a report of a disabled vehicle North of Loogootee. Deputy Clark responded.

8:41 p.m.- Received a noise complaint in Loogootee. Deputy Clark responded.

8:57 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Shoals. Martin County Medic 1 and Shoals Fire Department responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.

11:18 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance South of Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1 and Haysville Fire Department responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.

11:25 p.m.- Received a request for law enforcement and an ambulance Northeast of Shoals. Lawrence County EMS, Major Reed, Sergeant Hawkins and Deputy Clark responded. Lawrence County transported one patient to IU Bedford.
