2:55 pm- As a result of a traffic stop, Chief Cummings arrested Justin Vertin, a 40 year old male from French Lick, In. Vertin is charged with Possession of Cocaine or Narcotic Drug, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia, Resisting Arrest, and Operating a Vehicle with an a Controlled Substance in the Body.
