3:44 pm- The Loogootee Fire Department and Chief Cummings responded to a medical call at the Loogootee City Pool.

5:09 pm- The Loogootee Fire Department and Chief Cummings responded to a medical call at a local business.

8:38 pm- Chief Cummings assisted Martin County Sheriff’s Department with a report of a violation of a protective order on Ball Park Rd. in Crane Village.

9:16 am- Chief Cummings completed a welfare check on SW 3rd St.

10:10 am- Chief Cummings responded to a report of a suspicious noise at a residence on Hill St.

10:30 am- A caller reported speeding on Bloomfield Rd.

2:30 pm- Chief Cummings assisted a subject on station with fingerprints for employment.

3:20 pm- The Loogootee Fire Department responded to a medical call on Sycamore St.

3:38 pm- A caller reported speeding on Bloomfield Rd.

3:59 pm-  Chief Cummings completed a welfare check on Queen St.

4:20 pm- Chief Cummings responded to a local health care facility to assist with problems with a patient.

10:06 am- Chief Cummings served two Pike County warrants on Dante C. Cates, a 35-year-old male from Otwell, In.

10:13 am- A caller requested a welfare check on S. Kentucky Ave.

11:26 am- A caller reported trespassing and a possible theft.

11:58 am- Chief Cummings completed a welfare check on SW 2nd St.

1:27 pm- Chief Cummings responded to a request for a welfare check on North Line St., which resulted in a medical call that the Loogootee Fire Department also responded to.

2:55 pm- Chief Cummings responded to a report of a verbal dispute on SW 3rd St.

3:45 pm- Chief Cummings returned to SW 3rd St. due to a report that the dispute had restarted.

3:56 am- The Loogootee Fire Department responded to a medical call on Eastgate Ave.

5:54 am- The Loogootee Fire Department responded to a medical call on Fairview St.

1:20 pm- Chief Cummings assisted city street department with traffic.

3:55 pm- Chief Cummings spoke with a complainant on station regarding a scam.
