7:47 a.m.- Received a call requesting a vehicle unlocked in Loogootee. LPD Chief Cummings responded.

7:50 a.m.- Received a report of a possible traffic hazard Northeast of Shoals. Captain Gibson responded.

9:00 a.m.- Two inmates were escorted to remote court.

9:52 a.m.- Received a report of a possible trespasser in Loogootee. Captain Gibson responded.

10:55 a.m.- ISP Master Trooper Lents on station with Jeffery Hartwig, a 35-year-old male from New Castle, arrested for Habitual traffic violator. He is being held on $15,000 10% bond.

12:11 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance North of Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1 and Loogootee Fire Department responded. No one was transported.

2:00 p.m.- Captain Gibson on station with Nathan Hoffman, a 46-year-old male from Shoals, arrested by Sergeant Hawkins on a Martin County warrant. He is being held without bond.

2:32 p.m.- Received a report of a reckless driver on US 231S traveling Southbound. Advised Dubois County.

2:38 p.m.- Received an accidental 911 call.

2:55 p.m.- Jail Officer Bradley and Jail Officer Reel on station with Christopher Howell, a 47-year-old male from Princeton, arrested on a Martin County warrant. He is being held without bond.

5:30 p.m.- Received a 911 call reporting a tree down in Shoals. Shoals Fire Department and Marshal Copeland responded. REMC was also notified.

7:22 p.m.- Received a report of a controlled burn in Shoals.

8:02 p.m.- Received a 911 call advising of a crash detection Northeast of Shoals. Sergeant Hawkins and Deputy Clark responded.

8:30 p.m.- Received 911 and landline calls about smoke in Shoals. Advised callers it is a controlled burn.

8:45 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1, Loogootee Fire Department and LPD Officer Purcell responded. No one was transported.

8:54 p.m.- Received a report of a reckless driver on US 231S coming into Loogootee. LPD Officer Purcell responded.

8:49 p.m.- Received a request for a Vehicle Identification Number check South of Shoals. Deputy Clark responded.

3:27 a.m.- LPD Officer Purcell on station with Jason Schlachter, a 50-year-old male from Loogootee, arrested for Criminal trespassing and Resisting law enforcement. He is being held without bond.

5:58 a.m.- Received a report of a suspicious male in Shoals. Deputy Clark responded.

7:45 a.m.- Received a request for a deputy in Shoals. Chief Deputy Keller responded.

8:58 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance North of Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1, Medic 3, Loogootee Fire Department and Crane Fire Department responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.

9:04 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance Southeast of Shoals. Orange County EMS and Lost River Fire responded. Orange County transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.

10:02 a.m.- Received a 911 call reporting a domestic dispute in Crane Village. ISP Master Trooper Lents, Chief Deputy Keller and Captain Gibson responded.

11:39 a.m.- ISP Trooper Whyte on station with Trevor Moffatt, a 32-year-old male from Loogootee, arrested for Possession of child pornography. He is being held on $30,000 cash only bond.

12:22 p.m.- Received a request for an ambulance in Shoals. Martin County Medic 1 responded but did not transport.

1:21 p.m.- Received a call advising they are testing fire alarms at the nursing home in Loogootee.

1:49 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Shoals. Martin County Medic 1, Chief Deputy Keller and Captain Gibson responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.

2:43 p.m.- Received a 911 call reporting a field fire West of Shoals. Shoals Fire Department responded.

2:55 p.m.- Transport Officer Norman and Jail Officer Reel on station with Grant O’Neil, a 31-year-old male from Loogootee, arrested on a Martin County warrant. He is being held without bond.

3:09 p.m.- Marshal Copeland on station with Teresa Howard, a 59-year-old female from Indianapolis, arrested for Operating a vehicle while intoxicated-controlled substance refusal, Operating a vehicle while intoxicated-endangerment and Possession of marijuana. She is being held on $10,000 10% bond.

3:13 p.m.- Received a report of a hit and run West of Shoals. Chief Deputy Keller, Captain Gibson and Sergeant Hawkins responded. Lawrence County and Orange County were also notified.

3:14 p.m.- Received multiple 911 calls reporting debris in the roadway West of Shoals. Advised units were enroute.

4:20 p.m.- Received a 911 call reporting a field fire West of Shoals. Caller was advised it is a controlled burn.

5:33 p.m.- Received an animal complaint in Loogootee. LPD Officer Purcell responded.

4:01 a.m.- Received a 911 call reporting a verbal dispute in Crane Village. Major Reed responded.

6:10 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance South of Shoals. Martin County Medic 1 and Shoals Fire Department responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.

8:34 a.m.- Received a 911 call reporting a reckless driver on US 50 traveling West towards Loogootee. All on-duty units were advised.

12:54 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Shoals. Martin County Medic 1 responded and transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.
