6:28 a.m.- Received a 911 call on Crane Naval Base. Transferred the call to Crane 911.

7:14 a.m.- Received a report of a controlled burn in Shoals.

7:41 a.m.- Received a call requesting an ambulance in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1 and Loogootee Fire Department responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.

7:57 a.m.- Received a report of a possible traffic hazard South of Shoals. Captain Gibson responded.

8:56 a.m.- Chief Deputy Keller transported two inmates to court.

9:00 a.m.- Zachary Kelsey, a 42-year-old male from Shoals, on station to serve a court-ordered commitment.

11:59 a.m.- Received an animal complaint in Loogootee. LPD Chief Cummings responded.

2:51 p.m.- Received a call reporting the stop light on US 50 East of Shoals is malfunctioning. Sergeant Hawkins and Captain Gibson responded. INDOT was notified.

2:57 p.m.- Received a call requesting an ambulance in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1 and Loogootee Fire Department responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Daviess Community Hospital.

2:58 p.m.- Received multiple landline and 911 calls reporting the stop light. Advised callers that units are enroute.

2:59 p.m.- Jail Officer Mooneyham transported one inmate to court.

3:24 p.m.- Received a 911 call reporting a reckless driver on US 231S traveling South. Transferred the call to Dubois County 911.

4:12 p.m.- Received a report of a neighbor dispute in Loogootee. LPD Assistant Chief Stuckey responded.

He is being held on $30,000 10% bond.

8:18 p.m.- Received a call from Response Center advising of a commercial fire alarm East of Loogootee. Keyholder advised accidental and to disregard.

9:00 a.m.- Chief Deputy Keller transported one inmate to court.

9:45 a.m.- Chief Deputy Keller transported two inmates to court.

9:50 a.m.- Jail Officer Bills transported one inmate to court.

11:22 a.m.- Chief Deputy Keller transported one inmate to court.

12:00 p.m.- Received a 911 call reporting a reckless driver on US 150 traveling Northwest. Chief Deputy Keller responded.

12:17 p.m.- Received a report of a disabled vehicle East of Shoals. Chief Deputy Keller responded.

12:29 p.m.- Received a call requesting an ambulance in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1, Loogootee Fire Department, Captain Gibson and LPD Chief Cummings responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.

1:38 p.m.- Received a call from Orange County requesting an ambulance in Paoli. Martin County Medic 1 responded but did not transport.

4:24 p.m.- Marshals Copeland on station with Sasha Pottorff, a 38-year-old female from Shoals, arrested for Battery on a minor and Intimidation. She is being held on $15,000 10% bond.

5:08 p.m.- Received a call requesting a deputy in Shoals. Sergeant Hawkins responded.

9:54 a.m.- Corporal Erwin on station with Nicholas Guy, a 47-year-old male from Shoals, arrested by LPD Chief Cummings for Possession of methamphetamine, Resisting law enforcement and Operating a vehicle while intoxicated-endangerment, refusal. He is being held without bond.

9:57 a.m.- Received an accidental 911 call.

10:00 a.m.- One inmate was escorted to remote court by jail staff.
