9:36 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance Northeast of Shoals. Martin County Medic 1 and Indian Creek Fire Department responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to IU Bedford.

10:25 a.m.- Chief Deputy Keller transported one inmate to court.

12:09 p.m.- Received a call requesting a vehicle unlock East of Shoals. Sergeant Hawkins responded.

1:53 p.m.- Received an accidental 911 call.

1:54 p.m.- Received a report of a possible traffic hazard South of Shoals. Sheriff Greene responded.

2:31 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance South of Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1 and Haysville Fire Department responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.

3:16 p.m.- Chief Deputy Keller on station with Haven Simmons, an 18-year-old male from Vincennes, arrested on a Martin County warrant and additional charges of Resisting law enforcement causing bodily injury, Resisting law enforcement, and Illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. He is being held on $15,000 10% bond.

6:58 p.m.- Received a call requesting a Vehicle Identification Number check North of Loogootee. Deputy Clark responded.

7:28 p.m.- Received a report of an abandoned vehicle in Shoals. Deputy Clark responded.

7:35 p.m.- Received a call requesting a deputy in Crane Village. Deputy Clark responded.

8:06 p.m.- Received a call requesting a deputy in Shoals. Sergeant Hawkins responded.

9:27 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1 and Deputy Clark responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.

10:02 p.m.- Received a report of a possible trespasser in Shoals. Deputy Clark responded.

1:19 p.m.- Received a report of a reckless driver on US 50 traveling West into Loogootee. LPD Chief Cummings and LPD Reserve Captain Hunt responded.

2:45 p.m.- Captain Gibson transported one inmate to court.

8:03 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Shoals. Martin County Medic 1 and Shoals Fire Department responded. No one was transported.

11:18 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an officer in Loogootee. LPD Chief Cummings responded.

No one was transported.

3:48 a.m.- Received a call from Smithville Security advising of a commercial burglar alarm North of Loogootee. Deputy Droke responded.

5:19 a.m.- Received a report of a tree down East of Shoals. Martin County Highway Department was notified.

5:34 a.m.- Received a call reporting the same tree. Advised the caller County Highway Department had been notified.

9:09 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Shoals. Martin County Medic 1, Shoals Fire Department and Captain Gibson responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.

9:33 a.m.- Received multiple 911 calls reporting an accident in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 2, Loogootee Fire Department, LPD Chief Cummings, Chief Deputy Keller, Captain Gibson, Sergeant Hawkins and Big John’s Towing responded. No one was transported.

10:48 a.m.- Received a report of a tree down North of Shoals. Martin County Highway Department responded.

1:23 p.m.- Received a report of a suspicious female Northeast of Loogootee. Chief Deputy Keller and Corporal Erwin responded.

2:48 p.m.- Captain Gibson on station with Harley Gammon, a 20-year-old male from Shoals, arrested on three Martin County warrants. He is being held on $10,000 10% bond.

3:06 p.m.- Received a call requesting an ambulance in Shoals. Martin County Medic 1 responded and transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.

4:00 p.m.- Received a report of a disabled vehicle North of Loogootee. Advised all on-duty units.

4:09 p.m.- Received a 911 call reporting an accident Northeast of Shoals. Martin County Medic 2, Indian Creek Fire Department and Corporal Erwin responded. No one was transported.

4:20 p.m.- Received a 911 call reporting the person from accident has left the scene. Corporal Erwin, Captain Gibson and Sergeant Hawkins responded.

5:04 p.m.- Received a report of a controlled burn in Loogootee.

5:14 p.m.- Received a call requesting assistance Northeast of Shoals. Sergeant Hawkins responded.

6:02 p.m.- Deputy Branham on station with Frank Sloan, a 49-year-old male from Shoals, arrested for Operating a vehicle while intoxicated-controlled substance, and Operating a vehicle while intoxicated-endangerment. He is being held on $10,000 10% bond.

6:09 p.m.- Received a 911 call with no one on the line in Shoals. Deputy Branham responded.

6:52 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance Northwest of Shoals. Martin County Medic 1 and Shoals Fire Department responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.

7:10 p.m.- Received a call from WH International advising of a commercial burglar alarm East of Loogootee. Sergeant Hawkins responded.

7:47 p.m.- Corporal Erwin on station with Kenneth Drake, a 35-year-old male from Terre Haute, arrested for Intimidation, Possession of a legend drug, Operating a vehicle while intoxicated-endangerment, Leaving the scene of an accident, and Possession of paraphernalia. He is being held on $15,000 10% bond.

8:00 p.m.- Received a report of a tree down South of Shoals. Shoals Fire Department and Sergeant Hawkins responded.

10:13 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1, Loogootee Fire Department and Deputy Nash responded. No one was transported.

11:25 p.m.- Received a report of a tree down East of Shoals. Martin County Highway Department was advised.

6:16 a.m.- Received a call reporting a tree down East of Shoals. Advised Martin County Highway Department.

6:39 a.m.- Received a call reporting the same tree. Advised the caller that County Highway has been notified.

8:02 a.m.- Received a 911 call reporting a gas leak in Loogootee. Loogootee Fire Department, Deputy Branham and Centerpoint responded.

8:14 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1 responded and transported one patient to Daviess Community Hospital.

9:57 p.m.- Received an animal complaint Southeast of Shoals. Deputy Branham responded.

10:29 a.m.- Received a 911 call reporting a reckless driver on US 231S traveling North. LPD Chief Cummings responded.

10:50 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1 and Loogootee Fire Department responded. No one was transported.
