LOOGOOTEE, Ind. — Loogootee High School sports are ramping up, and here are some of the matchups you can tune into tonight.

Tonight, Loogootee boys tennis squads take to the courts Monday afternoon for a pair of non-conference matchups featuring high school and junior high competition.

The Loogootee varsity and junior varsity boys tennis teams will defend home court against Linton-Stockton Jr-Sr High School. First serve is scheduled for 5 p.m. at Loogootee Jr-Sr High School, with competition slated through 7 p.m.

Meanwhile, the Loogootee junior high boys tennis team travels north to face Bloomfield Jr/Sr High School. Action on the Cardinals’ home courts begins at 5:30 p.m. and is scheduled to conclude by 7:30 p.m.

Both matches kick off a busy mid-September slate for the Loogootee tennis program following weekend tournament action.
