DAVIESS COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) – A man who was shot earlier this month in Loogootee is now facing drug charges, according to authorities.
The Daviess County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the investigation and arrested Alexander Carlquist. He is accused of shooting Nathan Harmon.


According to a probable cause affidavit, Harmon told police he walked into his home when a masked man started shooting at him. He later identified the shooter as Carlquist.
While deputies were investigating the shooting, they discovered drugs and paraphernalia at Harmon’s home. As a result, Harmon is now facing charges related to dealing and possessing methamphetamine.


In total, nine agencies assisted in the investigations.
