8:12 a.m.- Received a call requesting a vehicle unlocked North of Shoals. Chief Deputy Keller responded.

10:52 a.m.- Received a report of a possible scam in Shoals. Sergeant Hawkins responded.

12:26 p.m.- Received a call requesting a welfare check South of Loogootee. Sergeant Hawkins responded.

12:46 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Shoals. Martin County Medic 1, Shoals Fire Department, Chief Deputy Keller and Sergeant Hawkins responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.

12:59 p.m.- Received a call requesting a vehicle unlocked South of Loogootee. Deputy Clark responded.

1:29 p.m.- Received a 911 call reporting a fire in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 2, Loogootee Fire Department, Chief Deputy Keller and LPD Assistant Chief Stuckey responded. No transport was needed.

1:30 p.m.- Received a 911 call reporting the same fire. Advised the caller that units are enroute.

2:22 p.m.- Received a call requesting a welfare check Southeast of Loogootee. Sheriff Greene and Deputy Clark responded.

3:36 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Shoals. Martin County Medic 1, Shoals Fire Department and Marshal Copeland responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to IU Bedford.

4:53 p.m.- Received a report of a tree down Southeast of Shoals. Martin County Highway Department and Sergeant Hawkins responded. Frontier was also notified.

4:58 p.m.- Received a report of a tree down Northeast of Shoals. INDOT and Deputy Clark responded.

5:48 p.m.- Received a report of a possible gas leak in Loogootee. Loogootee Fire Department responded.

6:18 p.m.- Received multiple reports throughout the storm of flash flooding in the area.

7:01 p.m.- Received a 911 call with no one on the line East of Shoals. Sergeant Hawkins responded.

7:27 p.m.- Received multiple 911 calls and landline calls reporting a tree down South of Shoals. Shoals Fire Department, Sergeant Hawkins, Deputy Clark and REMC responded.

8:49 p.m.- Received a report of a tree down Southeast of Shoals. Lost River Fire Department responded.

8:54 p.m.- Received a report of a tree down North of Shoals. Martin County Civil Defense, Lost River Fire, Sergeant Hawkins and REMC responded. INDOT was notified.

9:01 p.m.- Received a report of the same tree North of Shoals. Advised caller that units are enroute.

5:28 a.m.- Received a 911 call reporting a tree down South of Shoals. Martin County Highway Department and REMC responded.

5:38 a.m.- Received a report of a tree down North of Loogootee. Loogootee Fire Department and Martin County Highway Department responded.

6:01 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance Northeast of Shoals. Martin County Medic 1 and Shoals Fire Department responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.

7:02 a.m.- Received a report of a tree down South of Shoals. Lost River Fire Department responded.

7:16 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting assistance East of Shoals. Shoals Fire Department, Sheriff Greene, Chief Deputy Keller, Major Reed, Sergeant Hawkins, Indiana Conservation Officer Doane and Marshal Copeland responded but were disregarded.

7:20 a.m.- Received a report of a tree down North of Shoals. INDOT was notified.

9:03 a.m.- Received a report of a reckless driver on US 50 driving towards Shoals. Sheriff Greene, Chief Deputy Keller and Marshal Copeland responded.

9:17 a.m.- Received a report of a possible traffic hazard Northeast of Shoals. Martin County Highway Department responded.

9:30 a.m.- Received a call requesting to speak to an officer in Shoals. Marshal Copeland responded.

9:56 a.m.- Chief Deputy Keller transported two inmates to court.

10:57 a.m.- Chief Deputy Keller transported one inmate to court.

11:31 a.m.- Received a report of an accident with no injuries in Shoals. Chief Deputy Keller, Captain Gibson, Sergeant Hawkins, Marshal Copeland and Brigmans Towing responded.

12:28 p.m.- Received a report of a controlled burn Northeast of Loogootee.

1:31 p.m.- Elijah Sullivan, a 23-year-old male from Mitchell, on station to turn himself in on a Martin County warrant. He is being held on $15,000 10% bond.

1:52 p.m.- Chief Deputy Keller transported two inmates to court.

3:00 p.m.- Jail Officer Mooneyham on station with Chester Goldsberry, a 51-year-old male from Evansville, arrested on a Martin County warrant. He is being held without bond.

4:02 p.m.- Received a report of a tree down West of Shoals. Captain Gibson responded.

6:24 p.m.- Sergeant Hawkins on station with Nathan Truelove, a 31-year-old male from Shoals, arrested on a Martin County warrant. He is being held on $15,000 10% bond.

6:50 p.m.- Received a call requesting a welfare check in Shoals. Captain Gibson, Sergeant Hawkins and Indiana Conservation Officer Fuhrman responded.

6:54 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Crane Village. Martin County Medic 1 responded but did not transport.

8:07 p.m.- Received an animal complaint in Loogootee. Deputy Clark responded.

10:20 p.m.- Received a call requesting a deputy North of Shoals. Deputy Clark responded.

7:58 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1 and Captain Gibson responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.

8:06 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 2 and Loogootee Fire Department responded. Medic 2 transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.

8:16 a.m.- Received a call advising the Loogootee Nursing homes will be testing fire alarms today.

8:41 p.m.- Received a call requesting a deputy South of Loogootee. Captain Gibson responded.

10:37 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1 and Loogootee Fire Department responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.

2:52 p.m.- Knox County on station with Garrick Cooper, a 54-year-old male from Shoals, arrested on a Martin County warrant. He is being held without bond.

2:53 p.m.- Received a call requesting to speak with a deputy. Captain Gibson responded.

3:29 p.m.- Received a report of a reckless motorcycle driver on US 231S traveling South toward Dubois County. Notified Dubois County.

5:32 p.m.- Received a 911 call requesting Monroe County. Transferred call to Monroe County 911.

5:48 p.m.- Received a report of a possible domestic dispute North of Loogootee. Sergeant Hawkins, Deputy Nash and Deputy Clark responded.

9:17 p.m.- Received a call from Actual Security Inc advising of a commercial burglar alarm in Loogootee. Keyholder was notified and they advised we could disregard.

1:33 a.m.- Deputy Droke on station with Heather Smith, a 34-year-old female from Bloomington, arrested for Operating a vehicle while intoxicated-schedule I or II controlled substance, Operating a vehicle while intoxicated with passenger under 18 x2, Operating a vehicle while intoxicated-endangerment and Neglect of a dependent x2. She is being held on $15,000 10% bond.

7:34 a.m.- Received a 911 call reporting heavy smoke South of Loogootee. Haysville Fire Department and Captain Gibson responded.

7:59 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1, Loogootee Fire Department and LPD Chief Cummings responded. No one was transported.

8:29 a.m.- Received a call from Shoals Community School advising they will be testing fire alarms today.

9:29 a.m.- Received a call requesting to speak with a deputy. Captain Gibson responded.

10:42 a.m.- Received a 911 call requesting an ambulance in Loogootee. Martin County Medic 1 and Loogootee Fire Department responded. Medic 1 transported one patient to Deaconess Memorial Medical Center.

11:11 a.m.- Received a 911 call with no one on the line in Shoals. Sheriff Greene and Chief Deputy Keller responded.

11:25 a.m.- Received a report of an accident with no injuries East of Shoals. Chief Deputy Keller responded.
