The Uplands Regional Land Bank is officially calling on local and regional developers to help transform the Town of Lyons. The land bank is currently seeking qualified partners to take ownership and breathe new life into four key vacant sites across the area.

This redevelopment initiative is a major step forward for neighborhood revitalization, aiming to clear blight, boost property values, and create exciting new opportunities for the community. Interested parties are encouraged to review the Request for Proposals (RFP), which outlines specific site details, submission requirements, and project guidelines.
